I agree that:
1) My guests will be made aware of, and abide by, the Rules of the Village.
2) Costs arising from any damage caused to any property as a result of their stay will be for my account.
3) This request is not binding until confirmed by Management and payment has been made.
4) No pets are allowed in the Guest Suite.
5) No smoking allowed in the Guest Suite.
6) NO CASH PAYMENTS ACCEPTED
Once the booking is confirmed, the full booking fee must be paid in advance:
a) Owners must pay into their Levy Account.
b) Tenants can also pay to the Owner’s Levy Account, if permitted, or can pay by EFT into
Standard Bank, Code 020909, Account Name Trafalgar Property Management, Account No. 2707 393 35, Reference 292H0000064.

Forward proof of payment to the Office.
