Owner/Resident Contact Details
All residents are required to complete this form and submit it as soon as possible after moving in.
Emergency Medical Information
This is an important form to keep handy in the unit in case of emergency.
Managing Agent Owner Contact Details
All owners are required to complete the Owner Details form and submit it as soon as possible after moving in.
The Debit Order form is optional.
You are allowed to bring one small dog with you, but no cats.

Owners' Page Login
This allows access to the Owners' Page, for such items as AGM minutes, Financial Reports etc.
Please send a notification if you dispose of, replace or get an additional vehicle.
Guest Suite Booking
Residents can book the Guest Suite (sleeps 3) for family members and guests who come to visit.
Private Employee Registration
Register your Domestic Worker, Gardener of Carer.
Multichoice DSTV Subscription
Residents can subscribe to certain DSTV packages via Settlers.
Use this form to notify the Village Management of a problem you have seen that needs maintenance or repair. It can be something on the Common Property, or it can be within your unit. In the later case, there can be a cost raised for your account for the repair work carried out.
Additional Access Remote
It is important to notify Reception immediately if your access remote has been lost/stolen.
If you require a second gate remote, you will need to explain the reason(s)
Changes to Unit
These forms cover applications for any changes to, or installations on the exterior of your unit, or in the garden.
Use it also if you wish to make structural changes within your unit.
You will require additional documents such as supplier quotation and site plan which you can attach to the application.
All applications must be submitted before installation.
Apply to the Trustees to utilse the common property garden area aound your Unit.
Changes can be made to the paved area outside your unit, subject to certain conditions
Every gas installation must be approved in advance by the Trustees.
Rain Water Tank
Full details of the size and placement of the tank must be supplied, together with specific explanation of how it will be connected to the gutter(s).
Any security gate fitted to an external door must be approved by the Trustees.
Skylights and solar tubes are permitted subject to certain conditions.
Structural changes (external or internal)
It is important to ensure that any structural change is fully detailed and approved before work is started.
Apply to the Trustees to install/replace a dish or antenna.
