Each Unit may have two contact numbers on the Gate Intercom.
Where 2 numbers are requested, it means that when the Unit number is entered
on the Intercom keypad at the gate, a second display appears on the Intercom
screen, prompting 1 (and initial) or 2 (and initial), meaning (First or
Second Contact). The visitor must then press 1 or 2. The call will then
go to the first or second phone number.
It is recommended that the prompt should not show full names, but rather
just the first initial for each resident.
